Our major goals are to modify existing laws that are detrimental to motorcycle safety and enjoyment, and to enact new legislation in support of all motorcyclists who ride in Tennessee. Did you know that if you get hurt on your bike that your insurance company doesn't have to cover your injuries? It's True! The HIPAA law that went into effect on 05/08/2001 allows them to exclude this coverage. Change it now. A Bill has been introduced ion the Senate - S423. CONTACT YOUR SENATOR! GET THEIR SUPPORT.
